I’m a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach and graduate of the ADAPT Health Coaching Program at Kresser Institute. I have 3 years of clinical experience as a coach, over 10 years as a mom working with clinicians for her child, and a decade of teaching in public schools.

- Work with clients who have a health provider, clients who are on a waiting list to see one, and clients who are working on their own
- Cultivate empowerment & ownership of client's health journey & Treatment Plans
- Help clients develop daily habits & systems to achieve their health goals and implement Treatment Plans
- Foster partnership between
